Your mission
Operations Quality Activities:
Participate in collaboration with the Head of manufacturing in the elaboration of manufacturing documentation for new product introduction.
Development of standard process for production activities
Ensure compliance with the environmental and equipment management activities
Support the Operation department in regards of all applicable quality processes.
Equipment/Process and Software validation Activities:
Participate in the development of the activity in the company
Execute validation activities for manufacturing processes & software
Measurements, Analysis, and Inspections management activities (incl. Change Control, Non-conformities, Complaints and CAPA) :
Provide clear direction for change and assist operation department in change management activities (creation, impact assessment, implementation).
Support the investigation of quality issues to identify root causes and ensure issues are addressed and resolved in collaboration with other departments and suppliers.
Review, compile, and analyze information to prepare reports.
General Quality Management Activities:
Participate in the continuous improvement of the quality management system (update of SOP/WI….)
Assist in internal/external audit realization.
Your profile
2-3 years of experience in a mechanical engineering related environment (automotive, aerospace, medical device …)
Basic Knowledge of quality environment requirements (ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 series)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Proficient in using office automation technology (Word, Visio, Sharepoint etc.)
