Your mission
  • Drive sales of CAS-One IR (capital equipment), including consumables and service plans.
  • Increase product usage among existing customers.
  • Everything else that helps achieving this goal.
  • Collaborate with hospital stakeholders to identify and leverage funding mechanisms (charity, NHS programs, research).
Your profile
  • Proven experience in transformative sales projects
  • Capability in value selling to hospital stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with selling non-reimbursed capital equipment.
  • Knowledge of IR/IO and decision-support/navigation technology.
  • A hunger for success and a commitment to meeting revenue goals.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with key hospital stakeholders.
  • A relentless, resilient personality that thrives in a competitive environment.
