Plan and execute internal and external events—from small customer gatherings to large global conference stages that leave a lasting impression on our community, partners, and clients
Coordinate this presence at international conferences, hospitals, and hotels and more—including branding, logistics, communication with vendors, executing payments, and all the other fine details
Manage the annual event calendar with all relevant decision deadlines
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure flawless execution
Ensure our event material and demonstration devices are always in top shape, ready to ship around the world
Support internal and external event communications: brief creative teams and agencies
Support the Marketing Director in various other projects that align with mutual interest, ability, and need.
Your profile
3+ years of experience in In-Person Event Management (organization through execution)
Excellent command of English, other European languages a plus (German preferred)
Highly motivated and accountable
Strong organizational skills across multiple projects at once, negotiation talent, and confident communication with partners, clients, and service providers
Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (10–20%)
Experience with companies selling physical goods is a plus
Experience in Medical devices, is a plus

A motivated person who develops effective as well as practical solutions and strategies
Able to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives, small and large, on rolling timelines
Able to work in-office in Bern 2 days a week.
