Global Event Marketing Manager (50%)

Your mission
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute internal and external events—from small customer gatherings to large global conference stages that leave a lasting impression on our community, partners, and clients
  • Coordinate our presence at international conferences, hospitals, and hotels and more—including branding, logistics, communication with vendors, executing payments, and all the other fine details
  • Manage the annual event calendar with all relevant decision deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure flawless execution
  • Build relationships with these partners and venues to strengthen our network in the interventional oncology market
  • Review event packages, negotiate pricing, track and pay invoices. Oversee event logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Ensure our event material and demonstration devices are always in top shape, ready to ship around the world
  • Support internal and external event communications: brief creative teams and agencies
  • Support the Sales and Marketing Director in various similar projects
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and external partners
Your profile
  • 2-3 years of experience in Events Management (organization through execution)
  • Experience in Medical devices, ideally interventional radiology is a big plus
  • Excellent command of English, other European languages a plus (German preferred)
  • Outstanding communication skills, including experience in working with international partners
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (10–20%)
  • Strong organizational skills across multiple projects at once, negotiation talent, and confident communication with partners, clients, and service providers
  • Sense of ownership, attention to detail and brand presentation, a passion for creating real wow moments
